History:
"JR" Recruited from the North Croydon Tigers in 1973 where he was a Premiership player.
He played 99 quality games for the Mighty Bulldogs. When St Johns Ambulance heard JR was playing they had an ambulance on standby and he rarely let them down.
Retiring in 1983 after injuries called an end to his outstanding career.
He has held various postions on the Senior and Junior Committes
John Reardon Financial Services has sponsored the club since 1989
He is now involved in the Life Members and Past Players Assn
John's son Daniel currently plays Senior football at the club
